Who We Are 

Hyperflex Broadband LLC is a locally owned and operated internet service provider headquartered in Homerville, Georgia, proudly partnered with Slash Pine EMC. We were founded with a clear mission: to bring fast, reliable, and future-ready broadband to the rural communities of South Georgia that have long been underserved by traditional providers.

We understand that reliable internet is no longer a luxury — it is a necessity. From remote work and online education to telehealth, entertainment, and staying connected with loved ones, dependable broadband plays a critical role in everyday life. At Hyperflex Broadband, our goal is to ensure our customers have access to the same quality internet services typically found in larger cities.

Each team member plays a critical role in designing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting our broadband network.

On March 8, 2024, we unexpectedly lost Mr. Charlie Dial, our Account Manager and the beloved father of our CEO, Charles Dial Jr. Mr. Charlie had been a dedicated member of our team since 2016. A graduate of Clinch County High School and Valdosta State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he began his career at Standard Container Company as an IT Employee, eventually transitioning to a Programmer. His career continued to flourish, with roles at RDC in Valdosta as a Software Programmer and later as a Programmer/Analyst, and then as a System Programmer/Analyst at CSI in Waycross, where he served as IT Manager before joining SGCCE as the Accounting Manager. 

Mr. Charlie was married to his soulmate, Amanda Harper Dial, for 47 years. He was a loving father to Charles E. and Pamela Dial Jr., as well as Thomas and Kandace Dial. He also cherished his role as grandfather to three talented grandchildren: Benjamin, Sarah Katelee, and Madison, who absolutely adored him. 

Not only was Mr. Charlie a treasured family member, but he was also an indispensable part of our company. His loss is felt deeply by all of us, and he leaves a void that can never truly be filled. He will always be remembered for his dedication, kindness, and the lasting impact he made on those around him.
